Well, I thought now that the background was change to something more masculine Dave would post more. I will then. I never posted about Carter's 4 month appointment. He weighed 13 lbs 10 oz and was 25 in tall. He also receive his shots. I think that they hurt more this time around. He also slept forever that day and the next and was real cranky.

I am going today to venture off to Dublin, CA. Which is on the otherside of Mt Diablo. This means that you have to drive all the way around, which take long than you would think. I found a pack n play that Dave and I are going to purchase there.

For the short moment that anyone happens to see this, it is my attempt to gain a bit of possession over the blog again, hence the NEW BACKGROUND!!!

This offer is only valid while Lesley is away from the computer, so act quick and take a look, LOL! (Please note the absence of any adds.)

Happy Easter

Here are some of our Easter pictures. My two favorite guys. I love them. Our little STUD.

We had a great Easter Sunday. One of my favorite holidays (oh wait, I love them all). Our pictures turned out great. I am so grateful for all that our Savior did for me.

Carter was LOVED by his cousin Macade. Carter also loved Macade. Every time that Macade was around Carter was so in to what he was doing. Macade always made Carter laugh. They had such a good time together. Here are the three together. They are so cute.

I posted both because I wanted to show a close up and then one further away. L to R Braxton, Macade and Carter. Braxton is 2 months younger than Carter and is (I think) a little bigger. Carter is just so little.

We fit all of the car seats in the Cory and Tessa's jeep. I sat in the back. We all rode together because I left my keys in another vehicle.
We had a great weekend together. Carter had fun with his cousins. I can't wait until they can play together. They will be the best of friends.

Welcome Home Trent

Trent (Dave's brother) came home from his mission. Serving in the Tallahassee, Florida misson. It was a great home coming. Here is the story.

Trent was supposed to fly in at 3:50 pm on Thursday. Thursday was also Kaylinn's family dinner (she didn't have a luncheon after the ceremony) that started at 6pm. Trent calls at 10am on Thursday to tell us that his plane in Atlanta, GA is delayed and he will call us when he is in Salt Lake City. At 4pm, he calls while in Salt Lake to tell us that he will be in Oakland at 8pm. We leave the dinner early and Kaylinn ends up not coming with us because all of her in laws are still there. We leave with only 30 minutes to get there. It takes 45 min to get to the airport. Dave is driving while we are speeding and making all the green lights. The traffic is light and we make it there in 30 min. Dave drops us off, he parks. We run in and check the flights. There are no flights at 8 coming from Salt Lake. The next one is at 9. We wait an hour and planned out where we were going to stand with the sign that we made. 8:57pm we are checking the TV screens. The one for Salt Lake it does not say anything whether it is on time or delayed or if it has arrived. All of a sudden we see Trent running toward us. "Oh no where is the sign, hold up the sign." Too late he was already there and we missed the sign. Oh well, it was a good home coming. Very emotional.

We took family pictures. I think they turned out amazing. The above one is Dave with his siblings. L to R Dave, Kaylinn, Tessa, Trent.

The one below is the group picture. Top L to Bottom R Mark, Kaylinn, Trent, Lesley, Carter, David, Mom, Dad, Cory, Tessa, Braxton, MacadeHere is our Family picture.

All these picture are taken in the backyard. My mother in law worked really hard to get her backyard to look like it is. I think it is one of the most beautiful yards I have seen. There are so many picture spots.

Kaylinn & Mark

Congratulations to Kaylinn and Mark! On Friday April 3, 2009, Kaylinn and Mark were married in the Oakland, CA LDS temple. The ceremony was beautiful and perfect. They are a match made in Heaven. Kaylinn was a stunning bride and Mark complimented her to the T. We are so happy for them both.

The above picture is of the Wright family in front of the temple. With the temple in the background it is a perfect wall picture.

This is a close up of the previous one.

I love this picture of Kaylinn and her sister Tessa. They are definitely sisters. Gorgeous they are.

Our little family. We took this at the reception. I love this picture.
